On the storm rating we'd rate the Air Max Scorpion as a category 5 cyclone – these things are BONKERS. The Air Max Scorpion was conceived during 2020's lockdowns. The innovative process was made possible by leveraging 3D virtual reality design software, computational design and engineering tools, machine learning, and in-house testing.

The uppers are constructed with Flyknit weave, in a new "chenille" finish across the top sections. There's Flywire lace loops to help lock you in, because with what's under-foot, you'll need them to hang on for dear life.

Now... that sole unit. The unbelievably massive Air bubble that almost beggars belief. The super-sized, double-stacked bubble is bigger and more complex than anything before. It's so damn big there's fresh air between the channels in the midsole; probably to cut down on cross-winds blowing you off course.
